Processing purposes and legal foundation
The data you forwarded to us will be used exclusively for the purposes for which they were forwarded or acquired.
Data processing for other purposes is not permissible unless legal prerequisites pursuant to Art. 6 para. 4 GDPR are in place. If so, any duties to inform as specified by Art. 13 para. 3 GDPR and Art. 14 para. 4 GDPR will be fully observed.
The legal foundation for the processing of your personal data follows from Art. 6 GDPR. The following options are possible:
- Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR)
- Data processing for the performance of contracts (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR
- Data processing on the basis of a weighing of interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR)
- Data processing for the fulfillment of a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR)
In case personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to revoke said consent at all times and inform us accordingly.
In the event that data are processed on the basis of a weighing of interests, you are entitled, being an affected party and taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR, to object to such processing of personal data.
Duration of data storage
We will process your data as long as this is necessary for a given purpose. Insofar as statutory retention obligations are in place, the respective personal data will be stored for the duration of such retention obligation. Following expiry of such retention obligation, it will be examined whether there is a continuing requirement for processing. In the absence of such requirement, the data will be deleted.
You are entitled to obtain information on individual personal data in our custody, and to request its deletion or demand restricted processing.
Forwarding your data to third parties
The forwarding of your personal data to third parties is excluded unless such forwarding is required for the performance of the contract concluded with you, or the forwarding is permissible on the basis of a weighing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, or there is a legal obligation for forwarding, or you have given your consent to such forwarding.
Transfer to third countries
We process your personal data in the Federal Republic of Germany exclusively.
Information on your rights as affected party
You are entitled to obtain information on individual personal data we have processed. Depending on the form of your request for information, we may ask for additional supporting documents relating to your identity.
You have the right to correction or deletion of your personal data or limitation of its processing, insofar as such right is a legal requirement.
Within the scope of the statutory specifications, you also have a right of objection to the processing. The same applies to the right to data transferability.
You have a right of objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 and 2 GDPR and may revoke associated permissions any time.
